Ken is currently establishing a thinkx presence in Australia and Singapore through his firm The Thinking Network™. Ken focuses his energies on creativity and a more productive thinking approach for future-focused people and organisations. He believes that teaching people in all walks of life to simply “know” more will be grossly inadequate in the rapidly changing future.
Ken is also CEO of Whole Brain Thinking Pty Ltd which providing measuring and assessment instruments (The Neethling Brain Instrument — NBI™) on thinking preferences and the implications for personal development in every conceivable role.
He is co-founder and director of Formative Pte Ltd., an organisation set up to create opportunities for leadership, team and personal development in places of desperate need. Formative takes groups of people from first-world organisations, together with first class international facilitators, to third-world locations and disadvantaged areas. The outcome will make a significant and lasting difference to everyone concerned.
An active member of Rotary International, Ken has a keen interest in community and international aid projects.
Ken is currently working on a series of books for children, of all ages — a project for which his friends say he is certainly qualified.
